A cheap list gives you rows, and no way to know which ones are right.
Owner emails for local businesses are cheap and plentiful. The cheap sources are weak on small-business owners, and none of them say which rows they got right. So sends go to the wrong person or a dead address, and you can't tell the good rows from the bad ones until the campaign is over.
I sell the opposite: fewer rows, each one checked by a person, each one carrying the evidence so you can check it too.

Illustrative rows
What's in a record
- Business
- The med spa's name and address as listed on its own site and Google Maps.
- Owner
- The person's full name. If the owner could not be identified, the business is not sold.
- Role as stated
- Their title in their own words, from the source. Owner, Founder, Medical director, and so on.
- One address per record. Never a guess without a label.
- Tier
- What kind of email it is: A, B or C. Defined below.
- Evidence
- The link to the source and the exact sentence that shows this person owns the business.
Every field above is a column in the file you receive, so you can sort, filter and spot-check without opening a browser.
Every email is labeled, so you know what you are writing to
Published next to the owner's name
The address appears on the business's own site or listing, on the same page that names the owner. Nothing was inferred.
Built from the name and domain, then verified
Constructed from the owner's name and the business domain, and passed mailbox verification. Included only when you ask for it, and always labeled B in the file.
A business inbox, with the owner named
A shared address such as info@ or hello@. Sold only when the owner is named and proven, so you know who to write to. Counted as a full record and labeled C.
Never sold
Catch-all domains, where any address is accepted and verification proves nothing. And any business where the owner couldn't be identified. I drop them from the order rather than sell them cheaper.
Your free sample carries the same labels, so you see the tier mix for your territory before you pay for anything.
How a record is made
Software gathers.
The business, its website, its Florida company and fictitious-name records, the candidate owners and candidate emails. It checks that each mailbox exists.
A person judges.
I read the sources and answer three questions for every record. A no on any of them and the record is not sold.
A tenth is re-checked.
Before delivery, one in ten records in every order is checked again from scratch.
- Is this a real med spa, inside the territory?
Not a dermatology clinic, not a salon that mentions Botox, not a spa in Fort Lauderdale.
- Does the evidence show this person owns it?
A sentence on their own site, or their name on the state filing. A LinkedIn title alone is not enough.
- Is this email really theirs?
Published beside their name, or built from it and verified, and labeled accordingly.
Researched businesses are never contacted to test an email. Verification is a mailbox check, not a message.
A record I refused to sell
Check any row yourself, in under a minute
- Open the source link. It's in the file, one per record.
- Find the quoted sentence. The evidence column is the exact text. Search the page for it.
- Match the name to the email. For Tier A, the address sits beside the name. For B and C, the label tells you how it was made.
If a row fails your check, that is a wrong row, and the guarantee below applies.

The domain is a catch-all: it accepts mail to any address, so a verified mailbox proves nothing. The owner is named on the filing, but I can't stand behind the email, and I won't sell half a record.

What I promise, and what I don't.
Promised
- The agreed count. 10, 50 or 150 records, each one passing the three questions.
- The evidence on every row. Source link, quoted sentence, email tier, date checked.
- A 14-day correction window. Report a wrong row within 14 days of delivery and it is replaced, or refunded at the per-record price. Your choice.
- Freshness. Every record checked within 30 days before delivery, with the date in the file.
Not promised
- Replies. Whether an owner answers depends on your email, not my data.
- Meetings or booked calls.
- Revenue. A correct contact is the start of your work, not the end of it.
- Exclusivity. The same territory can be sold to another agency.
A wrong row is an email that hard-bounces, a named owner who does not own the business, a business that is not a med spa, or one outside the territory. To report it, reply to the delivery email with the row and either the bounce message or the evidence that contradicts mine. I answer within two business days.

Questions buyers ask first
Why pay more than a cheap contact list?
Where does the data come from?
Is the data exclusive?
How fresh is it?
What counts as a wrong row, and what happens?
Do you guarantee replies or sales?
What format do I get?
How fast is delivery?
Can I get other areas or niches?
How do I pay?
I'm an owner listed in your data. How do I get removed?
Are you a real person?
Ask me for ten checked records for your ZIPs.
It costs nothing, and you get to read the evidence before you decide. If the rows aren't better than what you have, you've lost ten minutes.
