This notice explains what data I collect, where it comes from, who I share it with, and how to be removed. I am Aadarsh Patel, trading as CartIntel, and I am the person responsible for this data. Contact details are at the end.
What I collect about business owners
I compile records about med spas in Miami, Florida, and the people who own them. A record contains: the business name and address, the owner's name, their role as stated by a public source, one business email address, a label describing how that email was obtained, the source link, and the sentence from the source that shows ownership.
Where it comes from
Public sources only:
- The business's own website.
- The business's Google Maps listing.
- Florida's public company records and fictitious-name (DBA) records published by the Florida Division of Corporations.
Some email addresses are constructed from the owner's name and the business domain and then verified with a mailbox check. These are labeled as such in every file. I never send email to a researched business to test an address.
Who I share it with
Records are sold to marketing agencies that serve med spas. Buyers receive the record fields listed above. Buyers agree in the terms of sale that they are responsible for complying with applicable email and marketing law when they contact anyone in the data. The data is non-exclusive, so more than one buyer may receive the same record.
How to be removed
If you are an owner or a business in this data and want out, email remove@cartintel.co from any address and name the business. Your record is removed promptly, and your name and business are added to a suppression list so they never reappear in a future order. I confirm by reply when it is done. Removal does not recall files already delivered to buyers before your request.
What I collect about visitors and buyers
This website stores nothing about you. The sample request form opens a message in your own mail app; the details you send arrive as an ordinary email to me. I keep buyer correspondence and order records for as long as needed to deliver, correct, and account for orders. Payment is handled by Skydo; I do not see or store card details.
Your choices
Ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing the address below. I answer within two business days.
