Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order of contact records from Aadarsh Patel, trading as CartIntel. Ordering by email means you accept them.

What is sold

A file of contact records for med spas in the Miami, Florida ZIPs or areas you name in your request. Each record contains the business, the owner's name, their role as stated, one email address, the email's tier label, the source link, the evidence sentence, and the date checked. The current orders are a free sample of 10 records, an introductory order of 50 records for $99, and a standard order of 150 records for $299.

Email tiers

• Tier A: an address published next to the owner's name in a public source.
• Tier B: an address built from the owner's name and the business domain that passed mailbox verification. Included only when you ask for it.
• Tier C: a business inbox such as info@. Sold only when the owner is named and proven, and counted as a full record.

Catch-all addresses and businesses whose owner could not be identified are never sold. Every file shows the tier of every row.

Non-exclusive

The data is non-exclusive. The same records may be sold to other buyers.

Correction window

A wrong row is an email that hard-bounces, a named owner who does not own the business, a business that is not a med spa, or a business outside the territory. Report a wrong row within 14 days of delivery by replying to the delivery email with the row and either the bounce message or the evidence that contradicts mine. Each confirmed wrong row is replaced with a new checked record, or refunded at the order's per-record price, at your choice. This is the only remedy for a wrong row.

What is not promised

No replies, meetings, booked calls, or revenue are promised or implied. Records are contact data with evidence; what you do with them is your campaign.

Delivery and payment

Files are delivered as CSV by email. The free sample is sent within 2 business days of the request; paid orders within 5 business days of payment. Payment is made through a Skydo payment link sent by email, by card or bank transfer. Files are sent once payment clears. Prices are in US dollars.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to contacting the people in the data, including CAN-SPAM and any other email, telemarketing, or privacy law that applies to you or your recipients. You will honor unsubscribe requests you receive. You will not resell or redistribute the records, and you will not use them for anything unlawful.

Removal requests

If an owner asks me to be removed, I remove them from future orders. Files already delivered are not recalled, but if I forward a removal request to you, you agree to stop contacting that person.

Liability

My total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
